Hi, I'm Danielle

Each one 20 to 30 minutes, never longer. I performed every workout from start to finish in one take, exactly as you will do it. Common questions

What equipment do I really need? +
Just a pair of dumbbells. That is the entire kit. No bench, no bands, no gym membership. If you can pick up a weight and have a small patch of floor, you have what you need.
What weight dumbbells should I get? +
Most women do well with a light set (around 5 lb / 2.5 kg) for upper body warm-ups and a heavier set (around 12 to 20 lb / 6 to 10 kg) for the working sets. Adjustable dumbbells are ideal if you are buying fresh.
How long is each workout? +
Between 20 and 30 minutes, never longer. Short, structured, and built so you actually finish them. The kind of session you can fit in before school pickup or before the kids wake up.
I am a total beginner. Is this for me? +
Yes. Week one is built specifically to meet you where you are. I walk you through every move with form cues so you build confidence before you build intensity.
When does it start? Can I still join after June 1st? +

How does the TV streaming work? +
Open the YFM app on your phone, tap any workout, and cast it to your TV the same way you would a Netflix episode. Works with most modern smart TVs, AirPlay, and Chromecast.
Do I keep the workouts after 6 weeks? +
Yes. Once you are in, the workouts are yours to keep inside the app. Repeat the challenge, cherry-pick favorites, or use it as your go-to home workout library forever.
